Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Remove background?
This removes one colour, which is ideal for logos and graphics on flat backgrounds. Remove background uses AI to cut out people and products from busy photos.
Why is there a light halo around my logo?
The edges blend into the old background. Raise the edge softness a little, or the tolerance, until it disappears.
Part of my logo disappeared too. What can I do?
Turn on “Only the background” so only the colour touching the edges is removed, or lower the tolerance.
Can I do several images at once?
Yes. Each image uses its own edge colour, or the colour you clicked for all of them.
