  3. Convert and download

Click Convert to PDF, then save your PDFs one at a time or as a ZIP.

Why use Utils365

  • No cut-off columns

Choose “Each sheet on one page” and wide tables fit on one page instead of spilling over several.

  • Every sheet included

All sheets in the workbook are converted, and print areas and page breaks saved in the file are respected.

  • CSV works too

Comma-, semicolon- and tab-separated files are recognised automatically and laid out as a table.

  • Deleted right after

Your file is processed on our server and deleted as soon as you download the result, or after one hour at most.

Frequently asked questions

Which file types can I convert?

Excel workbooks (.xlsx and older .xls), OpenDocument spreadsheets (.ods) and CSV files.

How do I stop a wide table being split across pages?

Are all sheets converted?

Yes. Every sheet that has content is included in the PDF, in the order it appears in the workbook.

Can I convert password-protected workbooks?

No. Remove the password in Excel first, then convert the file.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free with no sign-up and no watermark.
