Why use Utils365

  • Slides look the same

Text, images, shapes, charts and backgrounds come through as they appear in your deck.

  • Easy to share

A PDF opens on any phone or computer, even without PowerPoint, and can’t be changed by accident.

  • Deleted right after

Your file is processed on our server and deleted as soon as you download the result, or after one hour at most.

Frequently asked questions

Which file types can I convert?

PowerPoint presentations (.pptx and older .ppt), slide shows (.ppsx, .pps) and OpenDocument presentations (.odp).

Are animations and speaker notes kept?

No. A PDF shows each slide as it looks when fully built, without animations or transitions. Speaker notes and hidden slides are left out.

Will my fonts look the same?

Common fonts are matched closely. If a deck uses an unusual font, a similar-looking one is used instead.

Can I convert password-protected presentations?

No. Remove the password in PowerPoint first, then convert the file.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free with no sign-up and no watermark.
