How to use TIFF to JPG

  1. Add your TIFF files

Drop .tif or .tiff files onto the page. Multi-page files are read page by page.

  2. Set the quality

Use the slider to balance file size and detail. The default suits most photos; raise it for prints, lower it for the smallest JPG files.

  3. Convert and download

Click Convert. Each page becomes its own JPG; download them one by one or as a ZIP.

Why use Utils365

  • Every page kept

Multi-page scans and faxes give a numbered JPG for each page, in order.

  • Far smaller files

Uncompressed TIFF photos shrink to a fraction of their size as JPG.

  • Private by design

Everything happens in your browser, so your images are never uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Are multi-page TIFFs supported?

Yes. Each page becomes its own JPG, numbered in order (scan-1.jpg, scan-2.jpg and so on).

Which kinds of TIFF work?

Uncompressed, LZW, PackBits, Deflate, CCITT fax and most JPEG-compressed TIFFs, in black and white, greyscale or colour.

Should I use JPG or PNG for scans of text?

PNG keeps black-and-white text perfectly crisp. JPG is best for photos and colour scans, where it makes much smaller files.

Is there a size limit?

Each file can be up to 50 MB. Very large scans depend on your device’s memory, because conversion runs in your browser.
